This Section is to share Tips from my experiences, from my first job when I started working in the kitchen, and also from the knowledge I have acquired from studying with ServSafe, about the importance of offering not only a dish that our customers enjoy, but also offering a food that is prepared in a safe way to prevent our customers from getting sick by consuming an improperly prepared food. We all learn from the first day in the preparation and service of food, just as we all make mistakes, the important thing is to learn to avoid them for the well-being of all.
